Bến Tre is the capital city of Bến Tre Province, in the Mekong Delta area of southern Vietnam. The mountain’s 2 mounds are connected by a ridge and dotted with stupas and shrines dedicated to former kings. Chedi Mouk Pruhm is the burial site of King Monivong. The ruins of Arthross Temple house a large golden Buddha.
