This notice explains what the One Cruise Club US website, operated by One Travel Group Ltd, does with information about you. It describes only what the site does today.

Browsing the site
You can browse sailings, prices and cabin availability without giving us any personal details.
Analytics run only after you accept optional cookies in the cookie banner. When you do, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TL8019WLF5) records pages viewed, approximate location and device information in aggregated form. If you choose Essential only, no analytics are loaded.
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. When you open the live cabin view, a session identifier cookie keeps that availability check tied to your browser; it contains no personal details. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Inquiries
The site does not collect inquiries through a form. When you email our team, you do so at your own initiative and we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, the sailing you are interested in, travel dates and who is traveling.
We use that information to reply to you, to confirm fares and options and, if you go on to book with our team, to arrange that booking. Emails you send us are received and handled by our customer team at One Travel Group Ltd.
Club membership
When you join the club, the details you enter (name, email address and, if you give them, phone number and cruise history) are sent to our membership system to set up your membership. If you consent to member emails, we use your email address to send member fares and price-drop alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
Payment information
The US site does not collect payment-card details or any other payment information, because online booking and payment are not yet available to US customers.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to answer your inquiry or arrange a booking you ask for, for example with the cruise line. We do not sell your information.
Your choices and contact
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it, email customerservices@onetravelclub.co.uk. We reply by email.
A full US privacy policy covering applicable state privacy laws will be published before online booking opens.
