Browsing the site

You can browse sailings, prices and cabin availability without giving us any personal details.

Analytics run only after you accept optional cookies in the cookie banner. When you do, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3X9F6TDB80) records pages viewed, cruise search submissions, offer and guide clicks, email-contact clicks, Penny opens, public recruitment-page views, clicks to start an agent application, approximate location and device information. These interaction counts do not include form values, email contents or chat text. If you choose Essential only, no analytics are loaded.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. An identifier ties cabin availability and fare acceptance to your browser; the identifier itself contains no personal details. Essential cookies also support checkout and account sign-in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Inquiries

The site does not collect inquiries through a form. When you email our team, you do so at your own initiative and we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, the sailing you are interested in, travel dates and who is traveling.

We use that information to reply to you, to confirm fares and options and, if you go on to book with our team, to arrange that booking. Emails you send us are received and handled by our customer team at One Travel Group Ltd.

Club membership

When you join the club, the details you enter (name, email address and, if you give them, phone number and cruise history) are sent to our membership system to set up your membership. If you consent to member emails, we use your email address to send member fares and price-drop alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.

Accounts and bookings

We use your email address to send account sign-in codes and associate bookings you claim with your account. At checkout we collect the guest and contact details you enter, your cabin and fare selection, and your acceptance of the booking conditions. We use these to arrange the booking, send confirmations and help you manage it.

Booking records retain the guest and contact details, accepted conditions, reservation references and payment status needed to administer the booking. Requests for accessibility assistance may contain sensitive information; provide only what is needed for your request.

Payment information

You enter your card and billing details in our US checkout. We securely forward them through our booking provider to the cruise line, which processes the cruise payment. We do not retain the full card number or security code in booking records or logs. We retain payment amounts, status and references so we can administer and reconcile the booking.

Your bank may require an additional verification step on its own page. Do not send card details to our team by email.

Sharing

We share information where needed to answer your inquiry, arrange your booking or support your account, including with the cruise line, our booking provider and our email service. We do not sell your information.
